Ready, Set, Go2Work, is a Pre-Employment & Workforce Ready Training Program designed to help youth and young adults successfully transition from school to work and live as independently as possible.  

 

Through our workforce ready workshops, job exploration training, and career planning activities we help students plan for life after high school. Our goal is to help them find the excitement, value, and long-term benefits of going to work and successfully transition into careers that are consistent with their skills,

abilities, and interests.

Pre-Employment Transition Services are funded through a grant contract in partnership with the State of Tennessee, Department of Human Services. These services are provided at "No Cost" to Shelby County School students, ages 14 to 22 with a disability. Our curriculum has been utilized in several schools to include Bolton High School, Melrose High School, Hamilton High School, Booker T. Washington, Memphis School of Excellence, Sheffield High, and Compass Intervention Center.
